What to bring
None of these are mandatory — you can be assessed without any of them. But if you have them, they help us build a more accurate picture from the first session.
- Doctor's prescription or referral, if you have one
- Previous medical reports, X-rays, MRI or CT scans
- Health insurance card, if applicable
- A list of medication you are currently taking
Wear or bring loose clothing that lets us examine the affected area comfortably.
